March 4th was a bad day where I was really sick and I got to a point that my ICPs were so high, that I began to reach a critical level from a vital sign perspective – on the edge of crashing. That evening, I went into surgery, to insert another EVD to relieve the pressure. During that procedure, the Doctors check the initial 3rd ventriculostomy and discovered it had closed – one of the risks, so they performed the procedure again and opened up another hole to help relieve the pressure and to provide a long term solution for the pressure issue.
